About the Simulation

What HAGGL is, why it exists, and how it works

HAGGL is a negotiation sandbox where you face an AI seller in high-pressure dealmaking scenarios. It was built to help people train persuasion, restraint, and tactical communication in a clear, measurable environment.

What this is

A focused AI negotiation simulator with transparent mechanics, round-based pressure, and measurable outcomes through a public leaderboard.

Why this exists

Most negotiation practice is unstructured. HAGGL turns practice into a repeatable system, so you can improve your approach with every round instead of guessing what worked.

How it works

1) Enter the vault

Start a free session, choose your player identity, and receive a premium product with a list price.

2) Negotiate against AI

You chat directly with an autonomous seller personality that has dynamic limits and strategy logic.

3) Balance pressure and precision

Each message consumes a round, so every line matters. Push too hard and the deal can collapse.

4) Lock the deal

If the seller accepts, your savings are scored instantly and posted to the global leaderboard.

Rules & constraints

  • Every run has exactly 10 rounds. If no agreement is reached, the session fails.
  • Offers below the seller's absolute floor are always rejected.
  • Higher savings percentage means a stronger leaderboard score.
  • Using Walk Away ends the run with no leaderboard submission.
  • Seller personalities vary, so tactics that work once may fail in another session.
  • The simulation is transparent: rules and scoring are published publicly.
